Home nursing prices in Singapore

Our home-nursing visits start from S$90 per visit for the nurse's time, with consumables billed separately at cost — no markup. So you're never surprised, we publish the all-in estimated total for every procedure below. Per-visit procedures have no minimum-hours lock-in; hourly care has a 4-hour minimum.

Nursing fee is a flat standard-hours price; the +40% after-hours / urgent rate applies to the nursing fee only (evenings, weekends, public holidays, urgent same-day) — consumables are billed at cost either way, shown as a typical range and itemised on each procedure page. Total per visit is for standard hours. Devices (a replacement gastrostomy tube, an ostomy pouch) are billed at cost where they apply. As published, 6 August 2026. Inclusive of GST.

Consumables — charged at cost, no markup

Consumables (dressings, catheters, feeding tubes, syringes, etc.) are charged separately at our supplier cost — no markup. The full list is published below, so you can see exactly what you pay for supplies.

Many of these visits are recurring — urinary catheters and feeding tubes are usually changed every 4–6 weeks. If you need regular visits, ask us for a recurring plan and we'll confirm the ongoing cost up front, with the same nurse where possible.

Surcharges — stated up front, not buried

  • After-hours (evenings, weekends and public holidays) and urgent same-day visits: +40% on the nursing fee
  • Offshore / restricted zones (Sentosa, Jurong Island, Tuas South): stated before you book

Subsidised vs private

Eligible Singapore Citizens and PRs may qualify for AIC-subsidised home nursing and grants such as the Home Caregiving Grant. We'll tell you honestly when going through the subsidised route is cheaper for your family, and when private care is the better fit.
