Home Nursing in Woodlands, Singapore
For years Woodlands sent its patients across the island; since 2024 the north has had its own hospital, and recovery can finally stay local. Our home nurses visit throughout Woodlands from S$90 a visit — catheter and feeding-tube changes, wound care, injections and more, prices published, no minimum on per-visit care. When a parent comes home from Woodlands Health, we pick up the plan so the care continues on their own doorstep rather than a bus ride away.

Home nursing that fits Woodlands
Woodlands Health, opened in 2024, brought an acute hospital, a community hospital and a roughly 400-bed Long Term Care Tower onto one northern campus. Whether your family member comes home from there or, as was the case for years, from Khoo Teck Puat Hospital, we continue the plan at home — dressings, tube feeds, catheter changes, medication support — with an update sent to Woodlands Polyclinic after each visit.
Home care and ageing in Woodlands
Woodlands grew as a younger, family town near the Causeway, but its first generation of residents is now moving into their senior years — and until recently serious illness meant travelling out of the north for hospital care. The 2024 opening of Woodlands Health changed that, bringing an acute hospital, a community hospital and long-term-care beds onto one campus. Home nursing completes the picture, letting Woodlands families keep recovery and recurring care local rather than crossing the island for every dressing or tube change.
Hospitals & clinics we coordinate with in Woodlands
Woodlands Health is an integrated acute-and-community hospital that officially opened in July 2024, serving the north and north-west; Khoo Teck Puat Hospital previously covered this catchment.
